I will say only one line on this. Any more and I 'd gross myself out, forget anyone else.
How do you handle really good (i.e. bad) acoustics in stall type bathrooms, where the silence is often broken only by the subtlest of gross sounds...

It's just something I have noticed (either through practical occurence or thoughts on the possibility)...
not just acoustics. have you noticed how bad shadows can be? if you just happen to glance under the divider a little, you can actually see most of everything in the next stall. and they can see you. and they can see you see them. There. Foregoing your next meal yet?
